Classover appoints Abdalrahman Nasser as corporate advisor

Classover Holdings Inc. (KIDZ) announced the appointment of Abdalrahman Nasser as a corporate advisor to support the company’s cloud and artificial intelligence infrastructure strategy.

Nasser currently serves as a solutions architect at Core42 and has previously held cloud architecture and technical roles at RSA Security, Oracle, Vodafone Business and Bespin Global. He is completing a master’s degree in cybersecurity at Harvard University.

In his advisory role, Nasser will provide technical consulting on cloud infrastructure strategy, AI infrastructure scalability, and GPU-as-a-Service architecture. His guidance will cover multi-tenant cloud infrastructure, performance scaling, enterprise AI workloads, and secure workload isolation.

The appointment supports Classover’s expansion into AI compute infrastructure and cloud services platforms. The company, which provides K-12 AI education solutions, has announced plans to rebrand as KIDZ AI Inc. to reflect its strategic expansion into AI compute infrastructure, GPU cloud platforms, and data center ecosystems.

"Building AI infrastructure is not only about adding compute capacity; it is about designing secure, scalable, and reliable platforms that enterprises can trust," Nasser stated in the press release.

Classover CEO Stephanie Luo said Nasser’s addition will reinforce the company’s capabilities and enable it to specialize in cloud and AI infrastructure while meeting demands of institutional commercial applications.

The company describes itself as an AI-driven education technology company that transforms live teaching experiences into AI-powered learning systems using artificial intelligence, AI agents, and robotics.
