By accessing and using CognitMarket ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

CognitMarket is an AI-powered financial news and market analysis platform that provides:

• Real-time financial news aggregation and analysis
• AI-generated market insights, summaries, and predictions
• Community forum for financial discussions
• Email newsletters and market alerts
• Interactive chat with AI financial assistants
• Watchlists, quote pages, and market-monitoring tools
• Portfolio creation, publishing, subscription, and tracking
• Autopilot portfolio tracking and, where enabled, brokerage connectivity through third-party providers

CognitMarket is not a broker-dealer, custodian, exchange, clearing firm, transfer agent, bank, or securities exchange. Where Autopilot is enabled, brokerage connectivity and any trade execution are provided by the applicable third-party provider and broker.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Important: CognitMarket uses artificial intelligence to generate market analysis, predictions, summaries, labels, rankings, portfolio analysis, and other insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
• Content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information
• AI predictions, portfolio analysis, and market analysis should not be considered financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice
• You should always conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions

CognitMarket may allow you to create, publish, subscribe to, follow, compare, analyze, and track portfolios. Portfolio features are informational and educational tools only. You acknowledge that:

• Portfolios, portfolio analysis, portfolio tracking, allocation information, holdings information, and performance information are not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or trading advice
• Portfolio features are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, rebalance, allocate, copy, or otherwise transact in any security, asset, strategy, or financial product
• Portfolios may be created by CognitMarket, AI systems, users, or other third parties, and CognitMarket does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, legality, suitability, or performance
• Portfolio information may include holdings, allocations, descriptions, historical performance, hypothetical performance, commentary, tags, or related discussion
• Portfolio performance may be hypothetical, backtested, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or based on assumptions, and past performance does not guarantee future results
• Published portfolios and related performance information may be visible to other users, the public, or search engines
• You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any portfolio, allocation, strategy, or security is appropriate for you

Autopilot is available only to eligible users and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. If you choose to connect a brokerage account, you authorize the applicable third-party provider and your broker to share the account, position, balance, transaction, and order information needed to provide the requested functionality.

• Brokerage connectivity, account access, and trade execution are subject to the terms, disclosures, and privacy policies of the applicable third-party provider and broker
• Autopilot may create proposed trades or, when you enable trading permissions and the applicable settings, submit orders through the connected broker
• You are responsible for reviewing your settings, connected account, and trading activity, and for maintaining sufficient funds and permissions
• You may disconnect a brokerage account or disable Autopilot through the Service, subject to any pending orders or provider requirements
• Autopilot outputs and trading functionality are not personalized investment advice or a recommendation to transact

CognitMarket offers premium subscription services with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our refund policy as outlined in your subscription agreement

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CognitMarket and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

CognitMarket is not a broker-dealer, custodian, exchange, clearing firm, transfer agent, bank, or securities exchange. CognitMarket does not hold customer funds or securities, open brokerage accounts, clear trades, settle transactions, or provide custody services. When you use Autopilot with a connected brokerage account, the applicable third-party provider and broker—not CognitMarket—provide the brokerage connection, order routing, and any trade execution.

In no event shall CognitMarket, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, investment losses, trading losses, market losses, tax consequences, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
