Key insights
- A 10% owner of Flutter Entertainment ($FLUT) has purchased over $250M of the stock in recent weeks, with minimal initial market reaction. This significant insider buying could signal positive developments within the company or the broader gambling sector, such as potential M&A activity or favorable regulatory changes. The delayed market response suggests the information is not yet widely disseminated, presenting a potential opportunity.

So I was checking some filings today and saw this massive cluster of insider buys on $FLUT (Flutter Entertainment).
Basically, this one guy Kenneth Bryan (10% owner) has been buying almost every single day since mid-April. He’s dropped over $250M in like 10 days. Most of his buys are in the $101 to $109 range.
What’s weird is that the stock didn't really react while he was loading up. It finally jumped +5% today to around $111, but that’s still super close to his average entry price.
I’m trying to figure out if this is just long-term conviction or if something else is going on in the gambling sector that hasn’t hit the news yet. A quarter-billion dollars is a huge bet even for a 10% owner.
