Help with next mid-term investment

Hi all.

I nees opinions on my next 3-5years hold investment. What I mean by this is, unless I need the money, I don't plan on touching the stock no matter if it goes 50% down or up.

i currently hols 6 GOOG (at $172), 19 AMZN (at 206) and 32 APPL (at $232). My goal is to pick stocks with 5%+ VOO return annually.

My conviction is 1) no more tech for me 2) energy is the near future coa data centera 3) bank/industrials for stablility. Having said that, I have $5.5k freeing up tomorrow from a deposit which I want to invest in 2-4 stocks. My idea is JPM (bank), SU.PA/ETN for energy. Problem is, if I had the money before the ceasefire I would have bought in a heartbeat (with a 3rd stock being MSFT)? but since we are at an ATH I feel like unless I go for VOO on my all $5.5k it would be a mistake. Because on the tech I was convinced. With JPM & ETN, I can't see if they are overvalued right now.

Lastly, I plan on DCA-ing in VOO monthly after thia buy, unless some tech stock falls sharly due to something "stupid" like Apple's CEO change or the MU's recent scandal.

Any thoughts and comments, even those brutal, are much appreciates.
