- The post expresses concerns about the value of investing given job market uncertainty due to AI and limited financial resources. While the post itself doesn't directly influence the US market, it reflects anxieties about future economic prospects, potentially impacting consumer behavior and investment decisions on a micro scale. With the current state of the world, would starting to invest now even actually be worth anything in the future? Current situation is 19 in Oklahoma with a part time cashier job at a gas station. Currently have housing covered because my parents are amazing and I’m still going to a trade school program. Thanks in advance
