Does anyone have any experience with this fund? They have a real estate land fund and a private equity fund that invests in blue-collar businesses. This is the first fund, so wonder if anyone has worked with them or seen their track record and whether such annual return (with monthly distributions) make sense or even feasible ?

Wonder if this is legit or too good to be true.

edit: founders are Charles covey and Jordan Lovejoy, boasting to start, managed and sold multiple businesses in the past including underwriting over than $3B in RE acquisitions. Maybe they have other businesses/funds with similar return profile?
