Are any of you folks into biotech M&A?? I do it for a living & always down for good M&A talk. My group hit 6 deals in the last 30 days 2 more loaded waiting for official announcements. The FDA & the 2030 patent cliff make M&A a must for big pharma! The premiums are real and the AVG cap has been around 4Bil. There is an urgency in the Pharma world & building assets in house is time consuming & expensive it cost much less to just write a check & the big five are flush with cash Lilly alone has made three big deals and PFE is rumored in two right now. GLP oncology and T-Cell therapy are some of the hottest spaces
