- The author suggests HOVR is a value stock based on its strong balance sheet, zero long-term debt, and upcoming $25 million capital injection. They argue against relying solely on low PE ratios for value investing, advocating for a focus on cash flow and business fundamentals. The author suggests tomorrow may be an ideal time to buy. This could have a slightly positive impact on the stock price of HOVR.

A lot of you will dismiss HOVR since it doesn't it meet your ill conceived criteria of a value stock, i.e., low PE, price dip -- the very criteria that are causing you to underperform (paypal). If you are willing to open your mind a bit, you could actually make money for a change. Forget about the PE for a minute and focus on what makes the business run--CASH. HOVR has zero long term debt and a bullet proof balance sheet. And there is a $25mil capital injection which is suppose to close tommorow, which makes tommorow an ideal time to buy. Remember BuffettS saying about buying a good company at a reasonable price rather than a garbage company at a cheap price (Geico had a negative PE when they bought it). So keep an open mind and give HOVR some consideration. As always, this is not financial advice, do your own research.
