Rose Marcario will resign from Rivian Automotive’s board of directors effective January 1, 2026, the electric vehicle maker announced. Marcario submitted her resignation on December 17 to focus on other commitments, according to a company statement.
The board will shrink from eight to seven members following Marcario’s departure. She will continue serving as chair of the board of trustees for the Rivian Foundation.
Rivian Automotive (RIVN) thanked Marcario for her board service and noted her ongoing support of the company’s foundation work.
