So open claw, uh you could think of it as kind of a uh a rapper, right? So you have uh this it's a piece of middleware, right? So you have uh your, you know, cloud, uh or or or chat GBT, uh and you have uh open claw and then you have uh your own computer. Uh and so what makes open claw so interesting is that you can talk to uh this to it via something like uh Discord or or or or signal or or or Telegram uh and tell it to do things and it'll use Claude or or ChatGPT to then perform actions on your system. So, say you want to set up something that uh uh triages your email uh automatically, it'll do that. You want to do something uh like figure out what kind of hat uh to buy for the upcoming uh baseball season and then go out and buy it for you. It it can do that as well. It has these capabilities, uh these agentic capabilities uh that allow it to basically uh control uh a a computer all all across the board. Now, that's good and bad because A, it can do those things, and B, it can do those things.
With all these other AI models, you know, it told us things, it didn't do things. That's the fundamental difference. Now it does things on our behalf. And as Dan rightly pointed out, the challenge is, you know, it can do anything. Like it could just go randomly start buying tens of thousands of things. So you have to have guard rails to protect you from it doing too much. And that's what the Nemo claw stuff is that OpenAI introduced or excuse me, that Nvidia introduced. They technically it's called OpenShell and the combination they're calling Nemo Claw. And that allows you to have a little bit more control over this. But again, fundamentally, it's all of a sudden that the LLMs are just sitting there waiting to be told what to do by the agent. And that's why this is such a big deal. and that's why, you know, Jensen was talking about it so strongly and and everybody's so excited about the opportunities.
