Hey all,
I'm 24 and have spent the last few months researching long-term investing. I'm a Canadian investor with a USD non-registered account and a 25-year set and it forget plan. I'm obviously comfortable with short term swings for maximum long term growth. My research led me to this portfolio and allocations, especially as I was looking for some hedges against the AI bubble and the US market cooling off.
VTI: 40% VXUS: 25% AVUV: 25% SMH: 10%
Was wondering people's thoughts on this, and any improvements are welcome, even on the allocations. Cheers!
