What should I do with stock option purchases from a previous company?

I got stock options as part of my compensation at a previous company I worked for. When I purchased them they were private and I got them for $0.81 a share. They have since gone public and it closed on Friday at almost $50. I'm in my late 30's and have never really owned stock. I'm not sure what to do with it TBH. It's not a ton, only around 200 shares.

I believe in the company and think it will still go higher, but I'm also up 6000%. I have been thinking of taking some profits and reinvesting them to broaden my portfolio but not really sure if I should. It's all house money at this point. In the past when I have dabbled in the market but I didn't have much to put in, so any movement didn't do much for me. This could actually be some small chunks I can throw at things. It's also only around 60% of its ATH and I really believe it is going to go up with what is on deck the next year.

Any tips or suggestions of what do to with this house money?
