APPlife Digital Solutions Inc. (ALDS) announced that its subsidiary Sugar Auto Parts has formed a strategic partnership with Commerce Pundit Technologies to develop e-commerce solutions for the automotive parts industry.

Under the partnership agreement, Sugar Auto Parts will handle marketing, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategy, while Commerce Pundit will manage technical development, implementation, and ongoing support. The companies agreed to split profits equally after deducting operating and marketing expenses.

Commerce Pundit, based in Atlanta, operates as a web development and digital agency with over 500 developers specializing in Magento, .NET, Shopify, and WordPress e-commerce platforms. The company has provided development services since 2009.

The partnership aims to address challenges in the automotive parts e-commerce sector, including inventory management across multiple suppliers, data system inconsistencies, and technical limitations among industry participants. The companies plan to offer standard and custom e-commerce development, intelligent inventory management systems, AI-driven fitment engines, supplier purchasing analysis tools, and shipping analysis tools.

"This collaboration significantly accelerates our ability to solve longstanding industry challenges and positions Sugar Auto Parts to become the premier provider for automotive parts ecommerce solutions," said Michael Hill, CEO of APPlife Digital Solutions.
