Key insights
- JUNS experienced a significant price drop following news of a financing deal. The author suspects foul play due to the timing and magnitude of the decline, raising concerns about management, financing ties to Yorkville (also involved with Trump Media), and potential manipulation. The deletion of warning comments on Yahoo Finance further fuels suspicion. This could negatively impact other microcaps with similar financing structures.

I got absolutely wrecked on $JUNS / Jupiter Neurosciences and lost a lot of money.
And before you go on and obliterate me in the comments please take the time to actually look at today's chart and the news. I've seen pump and dumps before (where the company is not actually involved) and this is definitely not it.
The part that really pisses me off is that I actually looked into the company and the news before getting in. It wasn’t like I blindly bought some random ticker. The company had news about a 100 Mil term sheet for exclusive U.S. rights to ALA 002. Their own press/news made it sound like this was tied to the bigger push around psychedelic medicine after Trump’s recent executive order on accelerating treatments for serious mental illness.
So to me, the news looked alright. Or at least not the kind of news that should lead to retail getting completely destroyed the same day. Just look at the massive dump at 19:04 UTC.
I also started looking into the people behind it. The CEO/Chairman is Christer Rosén, and from what I found he’s been running the company for years and is also chairman of the board. The board includes people like Marshall Hayward, Alison Silva, Nicholas Hemmerly, Julie Kampf, Allison Brady and Holger Weis. I’m not saying any of them did anything illegal, but when a tiny stock moves like this after supposedly bullish news, I think management and the board should have to answer questions.
There’s also a weird Trump/Yorkville angle that I think people should look into. JUNS has financing tied to YA II PN / Yorkville. Yorkville has also been involved with Trump Media / Truth Fi stuff. I’m not saying that proves anything, but it makes me wonder if this is part of some bigger pattern of microcap financing, political hype, retail getting excited and then getting dumped on.
And on top of that I tried posting warnings/comments on Yahoo Finance and my comment got deleted 3 times. Maybe it was automatic moderation, but it definitely made me more suspicious. It feels like every time retail tries to warn each other, the comment disappears. I don’t know if Yahoo is involved, protecting someone, or just blocking certain comments, but something about that also seems wrong.
Did anyone else lose money on JUNS? Did anyone else see the same pump/dump? Did anyone else have comments deleted on Yahoo Finance or another platform?
I feel like we need to organize somehow instead of everyone getting screwed individually and moving on. Maybe we can:
- share screenshots and trading records * save deleted Yahoo comments if anyone has them * collect timestamps of the pump/dump * save the news releases and SEC filings * look into the Yorkville financing angle * look into whether there’s any Trump/Truth.Fi/Yorkville connection that matters here * file SEC complaints * contact securities lawyers * see if any class action firms are already looking into JUNS * maybe make a group for people who got hit by this
And one last thing: I know this might sound desperate because I lost money, and maybe some people will say I’m just mad about a bad trade. But honestly, that’s exactly why I think people stay quiet. These things might be happening every single day to retail investors, and if nobody speaks up or tries to connect the dots, then nothing ever changes.
Maybe JUNS is just one small ticker. Maybe this is just one bad day in the market. But maybe it’s also a tiny domino in a much bigger scam involving microcap financing, political hype, retail manipulation, and people with connections getting rich while normal investors get destroyed.
I’m not saying I can prove this is tied to the current administration or anyone specific. But with the Trump/psychedelic medicine angle, the Yorkville connections, the timing of the news, and the way the stock dumped, I think it’s fair to ask questions.
If there is even a chance this is part of a bigger pattern, then we should not just shrug and move on.
Anyone else in this? What can we actually do together?
