What are everyone’s thoughts on this plan?

30yrs old seeing what everyone has done to be successful. I currently have low monthly expenses and more disposable income to build wealth. I started buying gold the past couple of months. I started buying index and etf stocks (VOO,VGT,SLYV, QQQ, VUG & SCHD) that I contribute 300/ each per month and 800/mo in real estate (Fundrise) as well. My ultimate goal would be to be financially independent by 40 and hopefully have a liquid 7 figures by then. Just wanted to get thoughts on this current path.
