Exodus Movement Inc. (NYSE American: EXOD) launched XO Cash, a stablecoin built on Solana designed for AI agent transactions. The company developed the product in partnership with MoonPay.

XO Cash includes AgentKit, a software development kit that allows developers to create wallets for AI agents through a single API call. The system enables agents to spend from users’ Exodus Pay balances while users retain control of private keys.

Users can set spending parameters for each agent, including daily limits, transaction caps, approved merchants, and rate limits. These controls can be modified at any time through the platform.

"Agents need to spend, and they shouldn’t have to manage keys to do it," said JP Richardson, CEO and Co-founder of Exodus. "XO Cash sits on the same Exodus Pay rails our users already trust, and it lets a user hand an agent a wallet without handing over the keys."

The platform offers transactions without fees and provides each agent wallet with the ability to issue a debit card through a single API call. These cards operate on Visa’s network through partnerships with Monavate and can be used at any Visa-accepting merchant.

XO Cash agents can automatically convert between cryptocurrencies during transactions, holding XO Cash while paying services that require USDC or USDT in single transactions.

The product is available at XOCash.com with developer documentation. Exodus, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, operates a self-custodial finance platform serving millions of users globally.
