WASHINGTON, April 30 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said his nominee to become surgeon general, Casey Means, will continue to fight for the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement despite opposition from Republican Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana to the nomination.
"Despite Senator Cassidy’s intransigence and political games, Casey will continue to fight for MAHA on the many important Health issues facing our Country," Trump said in a post on Truth Social.
