Hi Everyone,
I pretty recently started a new Substack. It's fairly niche-y I think & I hope it could add some value to your investment process. I mainly focus on event driven trades or companies, industries or themes that are inflecting & or have catalysts.
It's inspired by (the great) Charlie Mungers quote "Show me the Incentives & I'll show you the outcome'
Most recently, I've covered activist proxy fights, controlled-company take-privates & what I think are asymmetric special situations ; each with detailed breakdowns & a focus on incentives.
I would very much appreciate any feedback or thoughts on it & suggestions on how I could make it better. I've been posting a bit more on social media to try to plug it a bit more- but I'm pretty terrible at it to be honest, so any thoughts here would be great too !
