Are we beginning a Solar Super cycle? Is SHLS (Shoals Technologies Group) positioned to gain asymmetrically compared to other large names in the sector?

I am not familiar with this sector and need advice before I open a long position. My fundamental analysis is admittedly weak and I rely too much on AI. I was wondering if there was any more nuanced opinions on the strength of Solar Energy companies, specifically SHLS (Shoals Technologies Group)? Last Friday the market took a dip and it seems multiple solar companies showed significant relative strength compared to the S&P 500. One of the LESS extended names compared to SEDG (Solaredge Tech) and ENPH (Enphase Energy) is SHLS .

To be brief here are the fundamental basics. It is trading very close to DCF models pricing around $10.15 (Current price is $10.33 as of Friday close) which means it is not exactly a "Value" play. It has a forward P/E of 20ish but a trailing P/E of something around 53.

Huge backlog of around ($758 million) and topline growth is 74.9% YOY but the company has almost no cash ($1.9 million on its balance sheets). Also legal fees from a settlement are currently eating into it's EBIDTA but they're adjusted EBITDA is projected to be a midpoint of $125 million. The backlog should definitely help with cashflow issues.

What do you guys think? Why is this Solar showing so much strength right now? On a scale of 1-10 what would you rate SHLS from a fundamental perspective? Do you guys have any insight on specific sector headwinds I should be aware of?
