How much should i invest into my 401k/457b as a 32f with 130k salary?

Additional info that is important: Due to other life factors I am getting started late with saving for retirement. I have a massive pile of graduate loans from two degrees that I am currently working towards pslf in 10 years (healthcare worker for hospital System). I am on income based repayment plan that is 10% of my income.

I have a very supportive partner who pays for most things including our house. I pay for some Utilities, groceries, my car, and student loans pretty much currently.

Just started a new job with 130k salary and possibly 20-30k or more bonus each year. My company offers a 401k and 457b. For the 401 k after 1 year of working they will match 50% of contributions up to 2% max. After 2 years of working they will match 75% up to 3% max. After 9 years 100% match up to 4% max.

For the 457b there is no matching. Hospital system is unlikely to close and I live in NY state. We plan on having kids in the next year or so and I would like to make sure i have extra money for trips and some spending. I also have type 1 diabetes and roughly $300 a month goes to that.

Not sure how much i should put in terms of percent i to one or both accounts right now but I know I need to as it will also lower my tax bracket. Any thoughts?
