I’m currently looking to build a long-term investment portfolio focused on generating passive income through dividends. I’m based in Spain, so I’d prefer to use platforms or apps that are properly regulated or commonly used here (for tax simplicity and security).
That said, I’m totally open to investing in foreign companies (US, Europe, etc.) as long as the platform allows access to international stocks and ETFs.
I’ve seen names like DEGIRO, Interactive Brokers, or Renta 4 Banco mentioned quite a bit, but I’m not sure which ones are best specifically for dividend investing.
For those of you investing from Spain:
- Which platforms do you use and why? * Are there any good “set and forget” dividend strategies or portfolios? * How do you handle taxes on dividends?
