Meanwhile, OPAP Holding SA (AT:ALWr) added 2.33% or 0.33 points to end at 14.51 and Aktor Symmetochon Technikon kai Energoiakon Ergon AE (AT:AKTRr) was up 1.92% or 0.20 points to 10.64 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Evropi Holdings SA (AT:EVROr), which fell 4.11% or 0.09 points to trade at 1.99 at the close. Gold Futures for April delivery was down 2.83% or 141.80 to $4,866.40 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in May rose 2.25% or 2.15 to hit $97.68 a barrel, while the May Brent oil contract rose 5.36% or 5.54 to trade at $108.96 a barrel.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.17% to 1.15, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.07% to 0.86.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.22% at 99.55.
