Been following the market as the day goes on, what’s the reason for the slight rebound?

CNBC said that Netanyahu promised “help to open the strait of Hormuz” and that “Iran has lost the capacity to make ballistic missiles and enrich uranium”

Does this reassure investors enough to buy/hold the major indexes? I mean honestly, it’s coming from Netanyahu of all people. The US/Israel are going to strike this tone, but the market should just believe their statements at face value?
