The main investors of the startup Lumilens are Spark Capital and Mayfield fund from Silicon valley in the United States. Aacton Techonology corporation (Taiwan Stock Exchange TWSE, market cap 45 Billion USD). They manufacture open packet transponders on AI driven switches.
Lumilens is Aactons dedicated silicon photonics spearhead. Unlike the fabless Marvell they do manufacturing.

Fabless Marvell CEO: Matt Murphy, Bachelor of Arts Franklin and Marshall College.
Articles in the Motley Fool and Seek Alpha; have dismissed Lumilens as a "startup with no income", they haven't done their research. Sometime, freelancers write for these sites and get paid less than 100 dollars.
In my opinion, Marvells loss is Lumilen's gain.
