Simultaneously, Broadcom announced its quarterly earnings (completely coming in with estimates) but the stock dropped precipitously low. Sometimes good news just isn't good enough for some people! Experienced traders know this dance all too well. The Bears will call it another 'bubble', the Bulls will call it a 'healthy' correction. Smart investors call it a discount sale.
