JNJ still worth it?

I've had a small position of Johnson & Johnson to stabilize and grow for the long term and because I think it's a good company. But seen the past 3 months I'm doubting it will outperform or maybe even match the World ETF I own in the coming years. So I am considering selling my JNJ position to increase my World ETF. I always like to look into different opinions and look for ones that are the opposite of mine. What do y'all think about this? Should I hold or reposition? (please elaborate) I'm in my 20s
