
Rakovina Therapeutics Inc. (TSX-V: RKV) announced that two research abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the 2026 American Association for Cancer Research Annual Meeting, scheduled for April 17-22 in San Diego, California.
The Vancouver-based biopharmaceutical company will present research on two drug development programs. The first abstract covers a brain-penetrant dual ATR-mTOR inhibitor designed using the company’s Enki AI platform in collaboration with Variational AI. The compound targets PTEN-deficient cancers, which occur in up to 40% of gliomas and up to 63% of breast cancers that frequently metastasize to the brain.
The presentation is scheduled for April 20 at 9:00 AM during the DNA Damage and Repair 2 session under the Experimental and Molecular Therapeutics category.
The second abstract presents development work on kt-3283, a bifunctional compound that inhibits both PARP and HDAC enzymes. The research covers encapsulation of kt-3283 into patterned lipid nanoparticles designed using the EnsaliX AI platform, developed with NanoPalm of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This presentation is set for April 21 at 2:00 PM in the Drug Delivery session under the Chemistry category.

The company stated its AI platforms can evaluate billions of potential compounds at 100 times the speed of traditional methods. Rakovina focuses on therapies targeting DNA-repair vulnerabilities present in up to 75% of solid tumors, with emphasis on breast, ovarian, prostate, and brain cancers.
