
Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. (NYSE American: MTA) (MTA) announced the nomination of Sandeep Singh for election to its board of directors at the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for June 23, 2026.
Singh brings two decades of experience in mining and royalty sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Western Copper and Gold. He previously held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Osisko Gold Royalties, where the company states he led a turnaround and positioned the business for growth.
Prior to his executive roles, Singh spent 15 years as an investment banker focused on the North American metals and mining sector. He held senior positions at BMO Capital Markets and Dundee Securities before co-founding Maxit Capital, an independent advisory firm. Singh holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oxford.
