Key insights
- The post discusses Karman Holding (KRMN), a space and defense company, highlighting its high valuation despite strong projected revenue growth and profitability. The author questions the stock's sell-off despite positive trends in the space and defense sectors. The U.S. market impact is slightly negative due to concerns about high valuation outweighing growth prospects, potentially affecting investor sentiment towards similar companies.

Has anyone looked at KRMN?
At initial glance it seems very pricy at 20x sales and a 450 p/e; however, looking more at it and the following has peaked my interest:
-
50% revenue growth guided for 2026 with adjustes EBITDA at 25%+
-
GAAP profitable (even if small) every year since 2023
-
strong tailwinds that we have soon boost the most populat sectors today (space, defense, hypersonic missles, etc)
-
critical supplier premium (once designed in, cannot design out easily)
Any thoughts on KRMN as a stock?
Perplexed why it has been sold off in 2026 as space/defense stocks have been increasing?
