Investing.com -- Boost Run Inc. (NASDAQ: BRUN) shares rose 9.5% on Tuesday following the announcement of a five-year AI cloud services agreement valued at $525.6 million with a sovereign AI company.
Under the agreement, Boost Run will deliver compute capacity powered by NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 GPUs, along with network storage and CPU node services. The acceptance of the initial infrastructure is expected to begin in early second quarter 2027.
The contract brings Boost Run’s total contract value to over $2.6 billion. This figure represents the total revenue customers have committed to pay over the life of all agreements where the company’s signed contracts have upfront payments.
Boost Run operates as an NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Partner in adherence with NVIDIA Reference Architecture standards. The company’s non-dilutive financing structure and relationships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem position it to scale and provide flexibility to grow, according to the press release.
Andrew Karos, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Boost Run, commented that the agreement marks an important step in efficiently deploying the company’s financing into contracted revenue. He noted that the ability to deliver NVIDIA GB300 systems to AI companies demonstrates the strength and diversification of both the customer base and GPU fleet.
The company plans to continue converting its pipeline into signed contracts and deploying capacity against contracted demand as the AI compute market expands.
