Nvidia (NVDA) and Meta announced a deepened partnership focused on Meta’s Muse family of AI models, with Nvidia committing to invest $3 billion in Meta’s equity offering.
The two companies said they plan to collaborate on optimizations across workflows to improve inference and training performance and reduce total cost of ownership for the Muse models and agents, which run on Nvidia infrastructure.
Meta intends to expand its deployment of Nvidia hardware, including Vera Rubin and Vera CPUs, as well as Spectrum-X Ethernet networking and BlueField-4 for network efficiency and throughput.
The companies said they will also consider collaboration on Nvidia’s OpenShell Reference Architecture, including Nvidia OpenShell for deployment and Nvidia Sentry for monitoring agent behavior.
